Stubby Coolers Online will always choose the fastest and most economical method of freight while always ensuring that your delivery requirements are met on time and every time - no exceptions!!
We can deliver in a time frame anywhere from 2 days to 28 days depending entirely on your order and delivery requirements.
The method of freight we choose depends on your required timing and your location.
Freight Companies
Our team uses two companies for shipping...
1. Direct Freight Express - this company is used for vast majority of road freight deliveries - most deliveries are between one and four days however they do offer overnight service to many places.
2. Australia Post - For deliveries to out of the way places where our other company cant deliver or if a post office or RMB delivery is required
You can of course choose your own method of freight however you will need to make all of the necessary arrangements for pick up and be totally responsible for follow up if required.
Shipping Disclaimer
In the normal course of events Stubby Coolers Online will contact you by email when your stubby holders are dispatched with a rough estimate of timing to allow you to keep an eye out for your delivery and to arrange someone to be available to accept said delivery.
Please be aware that wheels fall off trucks and planes get held up and as such Stubby Coolers Online does not accept responsibility if a natural event or delay occurs - we suggest strongly that you order your coolers, leaving enough padding time to allow for these unforeseen circumstances.
